Hot flushes and greasy skin and only on day 3

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone could help, firstly I would like to know how soon most of you started to notice and effects from roaccutane… I have had really dry eyes from the off and today I have noticed that my skin is really greasy. As an acne sufferer it’s strange to say that I have never had greasy skin, but today it’s really greasy and I’m not sure if it is the roaccutane or something else. Plus it all seems a bit soon to be already getting any effects from roac? I am also havin
